Dear General:

On August 22 and again on August 24, 1995, you received faxed letters of request for federal intervention on behalf of our church because of a midnight bombing incident August 20, which was the latest in a four-year campaign of terror waged against our church by pro-homosexual extremists encouraged by local media and local law enforcement agencies. (See, copies of said August 22 and 24 letters, attached) We also contacted Secretary of the Treasury Robert Rubin, who sent BATF agents to investigate. We asked you to authorize U.S. Attorney for Kansas Randy Rathbun to prosecute this matter because our incompetent and corrupt district attorney Joan Hamilton will certainly, deliberately botch the case as she has all prior cases of crimes committed against our church.

Today's Topeka Capital-Journal newspaper reports that the investigation is nearly completed and will be forwarded to our corrupt district attorney! (See, copy of said story, attached) This letter is another formal request that you authorize and direct the United States Attorney for Kansas, Mr. Randy Rathbun, to forthwith enter this case and prosecute those identified as responsible for this bombing. Thank you for your consideration.
